What we collect

When you contact us we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you choose to send. We use it only to answer your enquiry and to manage any project you go on to book with us. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and, where a booking follows, for as long as our accounting obligations require. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Third-party content on this site

• Google Maps & Google reviews — the map and review content on this site are loaded from Google, which may set cookies and record your IP address.
• Spotify — our featured playlist is embedded from Spotify, which may set cookies when the player loads.
• Google Fonts — our typefaces are served by Google.

We set no advertising or analytics cookies of our own. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser will not stop you using this site — only those embeds.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to our use of it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
