We support artists, writers, producers and musicians through all aspects of the creative process. Promenade Recording Studios is a dedicated recording studio in North London, able to offer state-of-the-art multi track recording, mixing and mastering facilities for musicians and media companies. The studio offers on site music services as well as a brand new online service, from a 30 square metre space using cutting edge equipment.
ONLINE MIXING AND MASTERING SERVICE

✓ We offer top quality mixing and mastering services for musicians of all styles and genres seeking a professional finish to singles and albums. ✓ We use Logic Pro X and Pro Tools professional recording studio music software on the Mac platform. It has everything musicians need to go from first note to final master. ✓ Our Matrix 2 desk is the centre-piece of our studio built by world renowned British company SSL. Fully recallable and fully motorised, with riding faders based on what we hear and not what we see. ✓ We create a final mix by using compression and EQ, adding reverb, and automating level changes ✓ We export your final mix into your preferred digital format of your choice ✓ We also offer a mastering service using a selection of mastering outboard, one of which is the SSL ‘G Bus’ style compressor, the WesAudio Ngbus. This cutting edge analogue mastering compressor uses full digital recall which can be automated into any session. |

THE BEST OF ANALOGUE & DIGITAL
We offer a relaxed and creative studio environment that uses a combination of analogue and digital gear to give you the best possible result. Our Solid State Logic Matrix 2 desk is the centre-piece of our studio built on pristine analogue circuitry by world renowned British company SSL. We also offer several boutique mic pre's by the likes of Chandler and Universal Audio.
We use a Mac Pro and Pro Tools / Logic X into a rack of Universal Audio Apollo's to give you the best of both worlds, introducing limitless plugin options to take your recordings, mixes and masters to the next level whilst running your tracks through the SSL Matrix’s signal path, providing that radio/streaming ready analogue vibe.
MONITORING
Here at Promenade Studios we use the Focal SM9’s. These speakers are truly astonishing and in conjunction with our pro acoustic treatment, working with them is a joy. We also use a pair of Genelec 8020B's, which provide a balanced comparison for making sure your mixes work every time, in any environment.
We have a large selection of premium grade microphones, ranging from world renowned makers Neumann, Manley, Shure, AKG and SE Electronics all the way through to the cutting edge Sphere L22 Stereo microphone from Townsend Labs.
GEAR
In the studio we have a Samick Upright piano, perfect for that moment of inspiration but also a great sounding piano for tracking. On the keyboard side, a Roland System 8 synth, perfect for experimenting and giving your tracks ‘something different’ and a DSI Prophet Rev2 – an amazing synth for a wide range of productions. (We also have a huge library of virtual instruments).
On the guitar/bass side – we have all the well known names, from Gibson to Fender as well as other great guitars by Ramirez and Alhambra for more solo sessions. On the backline front – we love our Vox AC30 for those of you who like to make some noise as well as other options if required.

Whether it‘s a band, a solo artist, a voiceover, the soundtrack for a feature film, TV commercial, video game, mobile entertainment or podcast production, the most important thing to us is to create the perfect recording.
We are artists, musicians, composers and producers who have spent many years doing and loving what we do. We draw on all of this knowledge to help our clients achieve their creative vision – however they define it.
